The following points are mention to avail the benefit of return policy:-

  • If for any reason you do not satisfied with the pro delivered or the product you have received is not your order or the goods are in damaged/defective or of a different quantity, to replace or repair any damaged or defective goods or for the refund the amount which you have paid for the goods. then please get in touch with our Customer Service team within 48 hr for an appropriate resolution.
  • We will try our best to replace the product to your satisfaction and if that is not possible because of some operational constraint then we will provide the full refund as per the requirement. In all such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team who will guide you on the process for the same.
  • And in case you have received your order with the outer packaging tampered/meddled, then please capture a snap of the same and share with us.
  • All items/products to be returned must be unused and in their original condition. The original tags, packaging should be intact.If it is found that product is opened/ used, No Cancellation/Refund policy is applicable.
  • Once we receive the return from you, we will provide you the compensation for the shipping charges whatever you paid to return the product. And make sure that you have to provide us the details of courier charge whatever you expense for returning the particular product.
  • We would not be able to accept a product if it shows sign of being broken or tampered with by you.
  • A product needs to be packed very safe and secure, during the returning of product. We will not be responsible for any damage/lost in Transition.
  • Your refund will be processed within 10-15 working days of the receipt of returned goods.
  • No refund will be processed if a customer has accepted the information conveyed during the verification call.
  • Customers to share the dispatch details including the POD, If needed, for tracking of return order.
  • Please Note: We may not be able to exchange products bought during sale or discount.Replacement/exchange is subject to product/ stock availability
  • Refund will be processed in same the mode. Orders can be canceled anytime before shipping. If the product is defective the products can be returned within 24 hours of Order delivery
